- 2 Custard Apples medium-sized; approximately 400g of pulp
- 2 Cardamom Pods green cardamom, lightly crushed

Prepare the Milk
- Reduce 500ml of full-cream milk in a deep pan over low heat until it is reduced by half. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Custard Apple
- Scoop out the pulp from 2 medium-sized custard apples (approximately 400g). Use a fork to remove the seeds, discarding them. Set the pulp aside.
Add Flavorings
- Lightly crush 10 slivered almonds and 2 cardamom pods. Add the crushed almonds and cardamom to the reduced milk. Stir well to combine.
Incorporate Jaggery
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add 100g of powdered jaggery to the warm milk. Stir continuously until the jaggery is completely dissolved.
Gently Combine with Custard Apple
- Add the custard apple pulp to the milk mixture. Stir gently a few times to combine; avoid over-mixing. Do not boil the milk after adding the custard apple pulp.
Serve
- Garnish with extra slivered almonds (optional) and serve warm or chilled.
