Expert Tips for the Perfect Kesari Sitaphal Shrikhand

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt instead of regular hung curd.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, depending on the sweetness of your custard apples.
  • If you don't have saffron, you can omit it, or substitute with a pinch of turmeric for a vibrant yellow color.
  • For a more elegant presentation, use a piping bag to create decorative swirls of the shrikhand in your serving glasses.
