By purchasing any product or service from Plattershare, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- Meal plans
- Recipe collections
- Downloadable PDFs
- Nutrition guides
- Printable resources
- E-books
- Recorded workshops
- Online courses
- Any other downloadable digital content
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a non-tangible digital product.
- Delivery occurs immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Access to the content constitutes complete delivery of the product.
- Refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except as specifically stated in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Although all digital product sales are generally final, refund requests may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a verified technical or billing error.
- Duplicate payments were made for the same order.
- You are unable to access the purchased product due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- The product delivered is materially and significantly different from the description provided on the purchase page.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
3. Yoga with Ankush – Live Classes & Programs
This section applies only to live yoga classes, trial sessions, and coaching programs offered under the Yoga with Ankush brand.
Trial Class
The trial session is offered at a nominal fee.
- Trial class fees are non-refundable.
- If you subsequently enroll in an eligible monthly plan or program, the trial fee will be adjusted toward your program fee where applicable.
Monthly Plans & Yoga Programs
To allow new participants to experience our teaching approach with confidence, we offer the following refund policy:
If you purchase a monthly plan or yoga program:
- You may attend your first scheduled session.
- If, after attending your first session, you feel the program is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of completing your first session.
- Approved refunds under this provision will be issued without deductions.
No Refund After the First Session
Once you attend more than one session of a paid yoga plan or program, your purchase becomes non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of participation
- Failure to attend booked sessions
- Partial completion of the program
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for yoga services may also be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional situations, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to scheduled sessions
- Other exceptional circumstances deemed appropriate by Plattershare
4. Lifetime or Unlimited Access Products
Some products may be advertised as including “Lifetime Access” or “Unlimited Access.”
Lifetime access means access for as long as the product and the supporting platform continue to exist and are maintained by Plattershare or its successors.
Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual hosting under every circumstance.
We reserve the right to:
- Update or improve product content
- Modify features or delivery methods
- Change platforms
- Transfer ownership
- Merge, rename, or restructure services
- Discontinue products or services at our discretion
If ownership changes, access rights may be transferred to the new owner.
If a product or service is permanently discontinued, access may end without ongoing liability.
Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability in the event of business closure, insolvency, force majeure events, regulatory changes, cyber incidents, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All Plattershare products and services are delivered digitally or online.
No physical shipping is involved unless explicitly stated on the product page.
6. Refund Review Process

Each request is reviewed individually.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Plattershare reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first if they experience any issues with their purchase.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or revocation of access to purchased products or services
- Restriction from future purchases
- Submission of transaction records, order history, communication records, attendance records (where applicable), and access logs to the payment provider as evidence in the dispute process
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Cancellations
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment, cancellations are not possible once access has been granted.
Yoga Programs
You may cancel your enrollment before attending your first paid session by requesting a refund in accordance with Section 3 of this policy.
After attending more than one session, cancellations will not result in any refund.
Future Subscription Services
If recurring subscriptions are introduced in the future, their cancellation terms will be clearly displayed on the relevant purchase page and will apply specifically to those subscriptions.
9. Misuse & Abuse
To protect the integrity of our products and services, we reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Repeated refund requests
- Fraudulent transactions
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of digital content
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
Where appropriate, access to products or services may also be suspended or permanently revoked.
