Ingredients

- 8-10 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 2 tbsp Bell Peppers capsicum, finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Virgin Olive Oil extra
Instructions
Prepare the Peri-Peri Paste
- Soak the Kashmiri red chilies in water for 5 minutes to soften.
- Grind the soaked chilies, garlic, bell pepper, coriander, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup olive oil into a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
Combine and Chill
- In a bowl, combine the peri-peri paste with the yogurt, chili flakes, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil.
