Ingredients

- 8 cup Milk full-fat/whole milk
- 1.75 cup Custard Apple fresh (sitaphal) pulp, pureed
- 0.5 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 80 grams Sugar adjust to taste
- 10 grams Pistachios sliced
- 15 grams Almonds sliced
For Garnishing
- 10-15 strands Saffron Strands lightly broiled in a dry pan
- 4 Pistachios for garnish, sliced
- 4 Almonds for garnish, sliced
- 2 Rose Petals dried, edible
Instructions
Prepare the Kheer
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
- Reduce the milk by half, then add the sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
