  • 1 Eggs â
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour â
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder â
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Powder â
  • 6 drops Vanilla Essence or chocolate chocolate â
  • 1 pinch Baking Powder â
  • 30 gm Dark Chocolate finely chopped â â
  • 2 tsp Oil refind â


  • Beat egg and sugar powder together till it becomes fluffy.
  • Mix and sieve the dry ingredients atleast 2 times.
  • Add dry ingredients slowly in step 1 and mix. Add, essence , oil.
  • Take cupcakes tin mould or silicon moulds, grease the moulds.
  • Fill the mould ¼ with batter and then put pieces of chocolate in the center and fill further till 3 / 4 th.
  • Preheat microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees. After preheating, put the moulds in the microwave and bake for 10 mins.
  • Chocolava Cakes are ready…..
