Ingredients
- Egg – 1
- Maida – ½ cup
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar powder – ½ cup
- Chocolate/Vanilla Essence – 6 drops
- Baking Powder – 2 -3 pinch
- Finely Chopped Dark Chocolate – 30 – 40 grams
- Refind Oil – 2 tsp

Instructions
- Beat egg and sugar powder together till it becomes fluffy.
- Mix and sieve the dry ingredients atleast 2 times.
- Add dry ingredients slowly in step 1 and mix. Add, essence , oil.
- Take cupcakes tin mould or silicon moulds, grease the moulds.
- Fill the mould ¼ with batter and then put pieces of chocolate in the center and fill further till 3 / 4 th.
- Preheat microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees. After preheating, put the moulds in the microwave and bake for 10 mins.
