Ingredients
- 1 Eggs (â)
- 1/2 cup Refined flour (â)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (â)
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder (â)
- 6 drops Vanilla Essence (or chocolate chocolate â)
- 1 pinch Baking Powder (â)
- 30 gm Dark Chocolate (finely chopped â â)
- 2 tsp Oil (refind â)

Instructions
- Beat egg and sugar powder together till it becomes fluffy.
- Mix and sieve the dry ingredients atleast 2 times.
- Add dry ingredients slowly in step 1 and mix. Add, essence , oil.
- Take cupcakes tin mould or silicon moulds, grease the moulds.
- Fill the mould ¼ with batter and then put pieces of chocolate in the center and fill further till 3 / 4 th.
- Preheat microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees. After preheating, put the moulds in the microwave and bake for 10 mins.
