Chocolava cupcakes have gooey chocolate oozing out from warm cupcakes, a delight to the eyes and the tongue.

Ingredients
  

  • 170 gm Chocolate of good quality
  • 100 gm butter
  • 1/4 th cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Fine sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Line disposable aluminium cups with oil and cocoa powder.
  • Pre heat oven to 210 degrees Centigrade
  • In a bowl, add butter and chopped chocolate pieces and microwave in bursts of 20 seconds, stirring in between, till it melts and becomes smooth.
  • In another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture. Mix till smooth.
  • Pour into cups till 3/4 th full.
  • Put it in the oven to bake for 12 to 14 minutes,
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Invert into a plate and serve with ice cream, fruits or as it is.
