Chocolava Cupcakes

Chocolava cupcakes have gooey chocolate oozing out from warm cupcakes, a delight to the eyes and the tongue.

Ingredients
- 170 gm Chocolate of good quality
- 100 gm butter
- 1/4 th cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Fine sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions
- Line disposable aluminium cups with oil and cocoa powder.
- Pre heat oven to 210 degrees Centigrade
- In a bowl, add butter and chopped chocolate pieces and microwave in bursts of 20 seconds, stirring in between, till it melts and becomes smooth.
- In another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture. Mix till smooth.
- Pour into cups till 3/4 th full.
- Put it in the oven to bake for 12 to 14 minutes,
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Invert into a plate and serve with ice cream, fruits or as it is.
