Chocolava cupcakes have gooey chocolate oozing out from warm cupcakes, a delight to the eyes and the tongue.

170 gm Chocolate of good quality
100 gm butter
1/4 th cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Fine sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla essence
Line disposable aluminium cups with oil and cocoa powder.
Pre heat oven to 210 degrees Centigrade
In a bowl, add butter and chopped chocolate pieces and microwave in bursts of 20 seconds, stirring in between, till it melts and becomes smooth.
In another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture. Mix till smooth.
Pour into cups till 3/4 th full.
Put it in the oven to bake for 12 to 14 minutes,
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Invert into a plate and serve with ice cream, fruits or as it is.
