  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen or mango chunks
  • 1 banana fresh
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric can be increased to 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
