- 1 Chocolate
- 10 Golgappe
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 1/2 cup Sprinkles
- 1 glass Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2-3 Strawberries

Instructions
- Melt chocolate. Coat the golgappas with the chocolate and sprinkle on some sprinkles. Chill in the fridge till chocolate sets
- To make peanut praline, add sugar to a pan. Let it caramalize. Add chopped peanuts and sprinkle some sea salt.
- Add the peanut praline and chopped strawberries in the gogappas.
- To make the milkshake, a.k.a, golgappe ka pani, blend the milk and icecream together.
- Plate the gogappas and pour the milkshake just before serving.
