Health is wealth, even then we make mistake in our living style. Sugar is health hazard even though we use it frequently. Today I am going to share with you how to make choco banana icecream. There is no added sugar, banana and coconut cream have natural sweetness. Although you want more sweetness you can add organic jaggery.
Yield / Serves
1/2 coconut cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp vanilla extract
Make a paste with banana and half of the said coconut cream. Add shredded chocolate in a mixing bowl, add vanilla extract.
Pour the banana paste mix well, add chopped walnut and remaining cream. Mix properly there should not be any lump.
Pour the mixed paste in a icecream mould then freeze for 8 hours. After then serve with shredded chocolate.
You will feel the softy freezing melting in your mouth. Enjoy the homemade icecream with your family and kids.
