Pumpkin Chilka With Rice Flour
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Pumpkin thick skin
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- wash and cut into small pieces the pumpkin skin ,boil with 1 glass water for 10 minutes.
- mix salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,dry mango powder,ginger,garlic,onion paste,garam masala powder and rice flour.
- mix the boiled pumpkin skin in rice flour mixture.
- heat the oil and fry the pakoda till golden.
- serve hot with dal-chawal.
