  • wash and cut into small pieces the pumpkin skin ,boil with 1 glass water for 10 minutes.
  • mix salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,dry mango powder,ginger,garlic,onion paste,garam masala powder and rice flour.
  • mix the boiled pumpkin skin in rice flour mixture.
  • heat the oil and fry the pakoda till golden.
  • serve hot with dal-chawal.
