About Cheese Topped Cajun Potatoes
Cajun recipes were originated in France where raw vegetables are roughly diced and then tossed with aromatic of parsley, green onions, bay leaf, black pepper, garlic.
This particular Cajun dish is cooked with baby potatoes and herbs and then topped with Cheese sauce made with paprika, garlic, oregano, cheese.
Such Cajun potato dish is these days included in most of the BBQ restaurants.
This seems to be a healthier version of Cajun since we are not frying the vegetables, instead we are tossing them with less oil.
