  • 1 Cauliflower medium grated
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tsp Pistachios chopped
  • 2 Tsp Almonds chopped
  • 2-3 drop Water kevora
  • 1 Silver Leaf wark
  • Pinch Of Nut Meg of nut meg


  • First of all take milk in a Pan. Now boil it till become thick and dry. Add sugar and cardamom powder . Put it a side
  • Take other pan add 2 Tbs ghee after that add grated cauliflower. Sauté it on high flame properly and when it becomes crunchy add pinch of nutmeg powder. Mix well .
  • After that add this in to first pan. Mix both of them properly and add 2-3 drop of kevora water. mix it. Take a flat dish apply ghee on it. Spread the mix properly .Put it in refrigerator to set (approx 2-3 hours)
  • After 1 hr spread chopped pistachio and Almond on it and cut barfi in to pieces. Serve cool and garnish with Silver leaf.
