Season is changing are you feeling cold. I have carom plant in my garden. Just plugged some fresh leaves and made fresh detox. Fresh leaf has fresh and strong aroma. Regular habit will change your throat system.

Ingredients
  

  • 7-8 leaves Carom
  • 2 tsp Normal Tea Leaves normal tea
  • 1 glass Water
  • Sugar as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Start boiling water put the carom leaves and let them boil.

  • Add tea leaves boil for a minute and close the lid for another minute.
  • Strain the tea, serve hot. Add sugar if required.
