Being a mother we need to make sure our kids should eat food which is full of minerals and vitamins. A quick recipe for kids which is full of protein(egg) and carrot & cabbage (vitamins) which help in growth of kids & vitamins good for eyes and brain development.

  • Egg
  • Carrot
  • Salt
  • Cabbage

  • Take 2eggs to boil and after boiling pill of the shell and wash carrot and cabbage neatly .After that you may give creative art work with this...I made it simple and funny for kids so that they can enjoy the art and then eat !!!

Notes

Make sure egg should be boiled properly as kids don’t like raw boiled.
