About this Recipe

Serve your kids with this nutrients rich soup in winters made up of beetroot, spinach, beans, tomatoes etc. Beetroot boosts stamina, gives fibers, helps in detoxification, spinach low in calories and fat. It gives iron and vitamin K. Carrot helps in improving vision and tomato gives vitamin C. This is excellent source of nutrients for kids and adults.
