  • Pat dry fish with paper towel. Sprinkle some salt.
  • In a bowl mix together butter, mayonnaise, salt, pepper powder and onion flakes.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
  • Arrange the fish fillet, skin side down in a baking dish, each piece 1 centimeter away from each other.
  • Coat each fillet with generous amount of mayo mixture. Top with bread crumbs.
  • Keep the baking dish on a high rack and bake for 10 minutes. Check if the fish is cooked. It will start flaking when cooked.
  • Grill the fish for 1-2 minutes till the bread crumbs become crispy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potato.

  • The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
