A delectable seafood recipe that has very few ingredients that brings out the actual taste of the fish. This is a very healthy dish that you can cook in just few minutes.

- 4 piece Fish Fillet any white fish
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Onion Flakes
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Dried Parsley to garnish

Instructions
- Pat dry fish with paper towel. Sprinkle some salt.
- In a bowl mix together butter, mayonnaise, salt, pepper powder and onion flakes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
- Arrange the fish fillet, skin side down in a baking dish, each piece 1 centimeter away from each other.
- Coat each fillet with generous amount of mayo mixture. Top with bread crumbs.
- Keep the baking dish on a high rack and bake for 10 minutes. Check if the fish is cooked. It will start flaking when cooked.
- Grill the fish for 1-2 minutes till the bread crumbs become crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potato.
Notes
- The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
