Yield / Serves
Avocado - 1 (standard size)
Banana Robust - 1
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Milk - approx 1 cup to 11/2 cup
Honey - 2 tablespoon (adjust according to your taste bud)
Cut the avocado and scoop cut the flesh and discard the seed.
Take the flesh of avocado, peeled banana and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Now slowly add the milk and honey into the blender and blend once again.
Pour it in glass and serve immediately.
If you prefer cold smoothie then you can add ice cubes or you can use chilled milk.
