Banana flowers have plenty of benefits. These flowers have fibres, potassium, protein, vitamin A, C, E, K and maximum amounts of iron. Those who are anaemic must try banana flowers. Hemoglobin level will increase naturally. We can cook so many recipes with these flowers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiled banana flowers
  • 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cup wheat flowers
  • Salt

  • Chopped the flowers and dip in water. Then boil and strain the excess water.

  • Heat a wok put oil. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry then add the boiled flowers, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder green chilli and chilli powder.

  • Mix all together and close the lid till cook. After 10 minutes open the lid and add mashed potato as a binding agent. Again mix and saute, add farm masala and clarified butter. After cooking keep aside to bring normal temperature.

  • Now make a smooth dough to make the stuffed paratha. Divide the dough in equal quantity. Spread with a rolling pin then stuffed with the cooked fillings. Again spread with light press.

  • Make the parts with adding little oil. You will find how soft.

  • Cut into pieces and serve.
