Banana flowers have plenty of benefits. These flowers have fibres, potassium, protein, vitamin A, C, E, K and maximum amounts of iron. Those who are anaemic must try banana flowers. Hemoglobin level will increase naturally. We can cook so many recipes with these flowers.
Chopped the flowers and dip in water. Then boil and strain the excess water.
Heat a wok put oil. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry then add the boiled flowers, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder green chilli and chilli powder.
Mix all together and close the lid till cook. After 10 minutes open the lid and add mashed potato as a binding agent. Again mix and saute, add farm masala and clarified butter. After cooking keep aside to bring normal temperature.
Now make a smooth dough to make the stuffed paratha. Divide the dough in equal quantity. Spread with a rolling pin then stuffed with the cooked fillings. Again spread with light press.
Make the parts with adding little oil. You will find how soft.
Cut into pieces and serve.
