As we know that banana flowers are eatable and it has nutritional value. I made tikki in a desi style that is wrap with turmeric leaves. Either bake in iron tawa or earthen pot. Without any extra spices it has an earthen flavour (mitti ki khushbu).

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Banana boiled flowers
- 1 Banana boiled raw
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Turmeric chopped raw
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Radhuni Seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Boil the chopped banana flowers and raw banana. Mash them together with chopped green chillies chopped ginger and turmeric.
- Now heat the iron tawa add mustard oil and radhuni seeds. Add the mashed banana flowers and salt. Saute for a minute.
- Now wrap with turmeric leaves and bake on iron tawa or earthen pot. You will feel the earthen flavour. Then serve with steamed rice.
