  • 500 ml milk cold
  • Oats 4 tbsp
  • 10 dates
  • 6 strawberries
  • Almonds 2 soaked
  • Cashew 4 soaked
  • Walnut 4 soaked

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend till it is a smoothie consistency.
  • Transfer to glass and serve immediately!.
