peel ,wash and grate the papaya . dry roast the fenugreek seeds,fennel and coriander seeds. now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,grinded masla,salt,astofida,dry mango powder ,vinegar and oil ,mix well.
now coarsely grind in grinder. now mix all the ingredients keep in sun light for 2-3 days .eat with paratha or poori.
