Ingredients
  

  • raw papaya 1 large
  • salt 2 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • fennle 2 tbsp
  • fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  • vineger 1 tbsp
  • onion seeds 1 tsp kalaunji
  • any vegitable oil or olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • peel ,wash and grate the papaya . dry roast the fenugreek seeds,fennel and coriander seeds. now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,grinded masla,salt,astofida,dry mango powder ,vinegar and oil ,mix well.

  • now coarsely grind in grinder. now mix all the ingredients keep in sun light for 2-3 days .eat with paratha or poori.
