Aloo chaat or alu chaat is the name of a street food originating from the Indian subcontinent, it is popular in North India.

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 5 tbsp green chutney
- 1/2 cup dates chutney khajur ki chutney
- Nylon sev barikh sev
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- Chat masala for sprinkle
- Roasted cumin powder for sprinkle
- Oil for deep fry

Instructions
- Peel potatoes n cut into small chunks. Wash it in running water and the pat dry on paper towel. Heat oil in kadhai n deep fry potatoes till it done crispy from outside n soft from inside. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- Take fried potatoes in mixing bowl, add green chutney, khajur chutney and onion, mix all ingredients very gently. Serve this potatoes in 4 bowls.
- Sprinkle some chat masala and cumin powder on all over potatoes bowls, topping with nylon sev and coriander leaves.
- Aloo chat is ready to eat. Serve this immediately.
