Ingredients
- 1 cup Broken Wheat
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chillies (pd)
- 2 tbsp Bese Bale Bath Pd (bese bale bath pd)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 to Tomato (grated)
- 1 Carrot (chopped)
- 4to5 Beans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee (or oil or oil)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4to5 Red Chillies (dry)
- 1-2 leaves Curry
- 4to5 Potatoes (chopped)
- Oil (for frying)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 cup Coriander (chopped)
- Pinch Turmeric Powder (of turmeic pd)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhanya pd)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (pd)
- 2to3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera

Instructions
- In the pressure cooker add oil or ghee fry mustard seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves when crackle add chopped onions,fry for sometime. Then add tomatoes,carrot,beans,peas an fry nicely,then add red chilli pd,bese bale bath pd an mix then add daliya
- Then add water an pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles. If you want more spicy then add more of bese bale bath pd an red chilli pd an little of tamarind pulp to give a tangy taste
- In another bowl add chopped potatoes deep fry it till soft . Then take it out. In another pan add oil fry jeera, green chillies,for sometime then add chopped coriander leaves, turmeic pd, dhanya pd, amchoor pd an deep fried potatoes an mix well
