Ingredients
  

  • .boiled potato 4 mo
  • chopped green chili 2 no
  • .chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • green or red tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • heeng 1 tsp
  • cumin 1tsp
  • .lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • coriander powder1 tbsp
  • .coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • pure ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • grate the potato, heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and pop the cumin seeds.
  • now roast the garlic till golden add green chili red chili,salt,coriander powder and tomato puree ,cook for 5 minutes.
  • now add the grated potato and cook it become light red then add renaming ghee and lemon juice ,switch off the flame .
  • garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
