Aloo Ka Bharta
Ingredients
- 4 Potato boiled mo
- 2 no Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree green or red
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Heeng
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- tbsp Coriander powder1
- 1 leaves Coriander chopped
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- grate the potato, heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and pop the cumin seeds.
- now roast the garlic till golden add green chili red chili,salt,coriander powder and tomato puree ,cook for 5 minutes.
- now add the grated potato and cook it become light red then add renaming ghee and lemon juice ,switch off the flame .
- garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
