Rice And Bajra Flour Chocolate Almond Cake

In order to experiment for my vegan series a humble attempt is made with Rice and Bajra flour and not used any dairy product and artificial or refined sweetners....wanted this bake to be absolutely special and healthy.

Ingredients
- Rice flour-3/4 cup
- Bajra flour-3/4 cup
- Soyamilk/almond milk/coconut milk-1 cup
- B.powder-1tspn
- B.soda-3/4 tspn
- Vinegar/lime juice-1 tblspn
- Vanilla essence-1 tspn
- Jaggery piwder-3/4 cup
- Coco powder-2 tblspn
- Almond and walnuts powder-2 tblspn
- Sunflower seeds-1 tblspn

Instructions
- Sieve both the flours with b.soda and b.powder also Coco powder to be added .
- Whisk milk and Jagger powder together.once they are blended well add 2 tblspn ghee/melted butter/olive oil/coconut oil. Now add dry ingredients to the wet mix well also add a pinch of cinnamon powder for flavouring
- A smooth batter is ready to be picked into cake tin to the ready batter if you want can add Choco chips also and at this stage add vinegar/lime juice and pour the batter in greased mold and top with sunflower seeds and almond flakes.
- Put the mold in the pre heated oven for about 35 to 40 m taking or till the skewer cones out clean at 180
Notes
Since both the flours we used doesn’t hold their shape hence the texture will be little crumbly and slicing is slightly tricky.
You can adjust the batter consistency by adding little more milk of your choice
