Idly With Bajra Flour
About Idly With Bajra Flour
Bajra is called rich pearl millet which can control cholesterol levels. Bajra is a power packed grain which has insoluble fibre. It can reduce blood sugar levels and helps in loosing weight. This idly is more tasty and healthy than rice and dal flour. We need only three ingredients, bajra flour, semolina and curd. Salt depends on you, if you don't want you can skip. Adding water depends on your curd whether it is diluted or thick. After mixing batter should be perfect consistency. Leave it rest for 30 minutes, then just before steaming you add the backing soda. Then see how fluffy is your idly.
