Bajra se momos
Bajra is a healthy millet which we can consume in our healthy lifestyle. Parents have a big role to motivate their children. This is not a original recipe, just to avoid the refined flour used healthy flour. Bajra is rich in magnesium, potassium which helps to keep the heart healthy. This helps to reduce blood pressure.
½ cup Bajra flour
½ cup wheat flour
1 cup mixed veggies
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp fruits vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt to taste
How to make
Make a dough with Bajra flour and wheat flour. Then keep aside for 20 minutes.
Grate the veggies and keep aside. Now take a pan add sesame oil, chopped garlic and onion. Stir for a few minutes.
Add mixed veggies and soya sauce, fruits vinegar and salt. Mix together and cook for a few minutes. Then put off the flame.
Now spread the dough and fill with cooked veggies. Fold and close the edges.
Now make it steamed in any way. I have done with idly mould. After 15 minutes it will ready to serve with any sauce as you like.
