This is a instant pickle which don't need more spices. Fried garlic is enough to give the flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm grated raw mango
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon melted jaggery
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peal off and grate the raw mango

  • Heat the oil add chopped garlic, hing and red chilli powder. Then pour into the grated mango.
  • Mix well then add salt and jaggery. Again mix properly. Now fill in a glass jar.
  • Keep it rest for two days then serve with roti, paratha, rice etc.
