- 250 gm garlic
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoon carom seeds
- 2 teaspoon cumin roasted crushed
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri mirchi
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- Salt

Instructions
- Remove the skin of fresh garlic. Wash and dry the garlic cloves.
- Dry roast fennel seeds and carom seeds then crush with hand mortar.
- Take a mixing bowl add fresh garlic, crushed fennel, crushed carom seeds, Kashmiri mirchi, roasted cumin powder, mustard paste, salt and mustard oil.
- Mix all together then fill in a glass jar. After a week it will become soft. If you want you can give sun bath for 2 to 3 days.
