Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm garlic
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 2 teaspoon cumin roasted crushed
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri mirchi
  • 2 tbsp mustard paste
  • Salt

  • Remove the skin of fresh garlic. Wash and dry the garlic cloves.

  • Dry roast fennel seeds and carom seeds then crush with hand mortar.

  • Take a mixing bowl add fresh garlic, crushed fennel, crushed carom seeds, Kashmiri mirchi, roasted cumin powder, mustard paste, salt and mustard oil.

  • Mix all together then fill in a glass jar. After a week it will become soft. If you want you can give sun bath for 2 to 3 days.
