This is a very easy, quick and delicious recipe. It is type of dessert in which mixed fruits are chopped and tossed with the mixture of Hung curd and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- For fruit cream :
- Hung curd : 1 cup
- Sweet whipped cream : 1 cup
- Mixed fruits : 1-1/2 cup chopped
- For sweet whipped cream :
- Amul Fresh Cream : 1 cup
- Icing sugar : 1 cup

Instructions
- Method for sweet whipped cream :
- Mix Amul Fresh cream and icing sugar in a bowl.
- Keep it in freezer for 1 hr.
- Take it out and whisk well with a beater till soft peaks are formed.
- Method for fruit cream :
- In a bowl take hung curd and whipped cream.
- Mix them very softly so that both of them should combine properly.
- Now add chopped fruits in it and mix.
- Keep it in fridge for 1 hr.
- Take it out of the fridge and pour it in a serving plate.
- Place cherry on top.
- Serve chilled.

Instead of tinned mixed fruit cocktail, fresh fruits can also be used.

Normal powder sugar can be used instead of icing sugar.

I have used icing sugar because it dissolves quickly.
