Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm amla
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin carom seeds
  • Bit of jaggery
  • Pinch of hing
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the amla then remove the seeds. Keep in open air and make it dry.

  • Take a pan heat oil add cumin carom seeds. Add boiled amla and saute. Add black salt and chilli powder. Again stir remove the moisture.

  • Add little bit jaggery to adjust the taste. Salt may be added according to taste. If you want you can add fruits vinegar.

  • After cooling fill in a glass jar and ready to taste.
