Amla (gooseberry) arbiAmla is full of vitamin C. It is good for hypertension, liver function, urinary system, brain function, skin care and hair care. It is a medicinal recipe which can be included in our lifestyle. Parents have a responsibility to keep healthy lifestyle to following ayurvedic knowledge. I made simple arbi recipe with amla paste. I made the paste with amla, green chillies, garlic and salt. It can be used in dal or any other salty recipe.

Ingredients
- 150 gm Arbi
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Paste or amla amla
- 1 tbsp Coconut Grated
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- I made amla paste with amla, garlic, green chillies and salt.
- Remove the skin of arbi then cut and shallow fry with turmeric and salt.
- Keep separate the fried arbi. Now in the same pan add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, grated coconut and amla.
- Stir the mixed spices add fried arbi and saute. Then add little water and cook until thickened gravy.
- Garnish with grated coconut and serve with any combination.
