This is a recipe of west Bengal. In early days people used to cook in a very simple way and with less ingredients. I have my own papaya tree so I thought I would like use my home grown papaya. I used radhuni seeds which has a mild flavour. Finally I used smoked red chilli which has smoking flavour. We can remove the seeds it will not harm. In rural area people are very much accustomed with the flavour of the chilli.
