Healthy recipe during menstruation period Some girls and women have uncomfortable symptoms during menstruation. Some foods and lifestyle can solve the problem while other foods can make them worse. Sometimes they feel headache, nausea, abdominal cramps, bloating, fatigue, mood swings, diarrhea etc. They need lots of drinking water body should be always hydrated. According to season leafy vegetables, fruits, salad, juice, soup, lintel, millet etc. Here I made a simple green peas it can be served as a breakfast or snacks after coming from school college or office. Ingredients: 1 cup green peas (matar) ¼ cup grated radish ¼ cup grated carrot 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp olive oil Chopped green chillies Chopped fresh coriander leaves Sprinkle drumsticks leaves masala Lemon juice Pink salt to taste How to make: Heat a pan add olive oil, cumin seeds wait a few seconds to sparkle. Then add green peas, grated reddish, grated carrots, green chillies, pink salt. Saute and cover the lid to make it little cook. Then remove the cover spread lemon juice, chopped fresh coriander leaves and finally sprinkle moringa masala. Now it will ready to serve.
