Ingredients
  

  • Leftover rice-2cup
  • Grated pamerssen cheese-4tbls
  • Dry parsley-1tlbs or coriander leaves
  • Blackpepper-1tsp
  • Green chilli 2chopped
  • Salt
  • Oil for fry
  • Cornflour-2tbls
  • Breadcrumb-100gm

Instructions
 

  • Rice balls. Mug pizza garlic bread In a medium bowl, whisk cheese, parsley, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and chill. Mash leftover rice add into the cheesy mixture.add boil peas .Allow rice mixture to cool for 1 hour.
  • Make a thin paste of cornflour.if u eat egg then use eggs. Pour breadcrumbs into a pile on one end of a cutting board. Dampen hands and roll rice mixture into 2.5cm balls, then dip in cornflour and coat each one with breadcrumbs
  • Add one small piece of cheese and then make balls if u like In a small, deep frying pan, heat olive oil .Fry rice balls 6 at a time, turning often to ensure even browning. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
