Ingredients
- 1 cup Multi millet batter I used Farmz2Familiez brand
- 4 Quail Eggs
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds roasted
- Salt as per taste
- Oil

Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium. Lightly grease skillet with oil. Working in batches, drop batter by tablespoon into skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on top and a few have burst, 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook until browned on underside, 1 minute. Repeat with remaining batter, wiping skillet clean between batches.
- To make toppings, break one quail egg on the skillet. Sprinkle salt ,chopped coriander leaves .Top pancakes with prepared eggs. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and serve.
Recipe Notes
You can add chili flakes or chopped green chili to make it spicy.
