This is homemade fresh pineapple jam. Made by jaggery, no sugar no preservatives added.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple medium size
  • 150 gm jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • Peal off fresh pineapple and make it cubes.

  • Blend the cubes and boil the paste.

  • Add jaggery and stir continuously with low flame.

  • Slowly it will thickened add salt finally ad lemon juice and put off the flame.

  • Store in a glass jar and keep in fridge for 2-3 months. Se how it is done now ready to serve.
