This is homemade fresh pineapple jam. Made by jaggery, no sugar no preservatives added.
- 1 pineapple medium size
- 150 gm jaggery
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Peal off fresh pineapple and make it cubes.
- Blend the cubes and boil the paste.
- Add jaggery and stir continuously with low flame.
- Slowly it will thickened add salt finally ad lemon juice and put off the flame.
- Store in a glass jar and keep in fridge for 2-3 months. Se how it is done now ready to serve.
