This is homemade fresh pineapple jam. Made by jaggery, no sugar no preservatives added.
1 pineapple medium size
150 gm jaggery
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Peal off fresh pineapple and make it cubes.
Blend the cubes and boil the paste.
Add jaggery and stir continuously with low flame.
Slowly it will thickened add salt finally ad lemon juice and put off the flame.
Store in a glass jar and keep in fridge for 2-3 months. Se how it is done now ready to serve.
