Every tradition has its own Staple Food, which is eaten routinely and, in such quantities, that it constitutes a dominant portion of standard diet and Pasta is an Italian Staple Food. One of the reason it’s a Staple Food is because it is high in nutritional value providing Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fiber and several B-vitamins. Pasta is usually a very simple dish but comes in many varieties due its versatility. Pasta can be prepared for lunches as well as dinner.

Ingredients
- For Boiling Pasta Penne Pasta 2 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- For Tempering Butter 1 tsp
- Finely chopped Garlic 2 tsp
- Diced Onion ¼ cup
- Diced Green Capsicum ¼ cup
- Diced Yellow Capsicum ¼ cup
- Diced Red Capsicum ¼ cup
- Broccoli Florets 8 to 10 nos
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- For White Sauce Butter 1 tsp
- Milk 3 cup
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
- All Purpose Flour / Maida 2 tsp
- cloves / Laung 2 nos
- Black Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Grated Cheese for Garnishing as required
- Chilli Flakes for Garnishing as required

Instructions
- In a heating vessel add some amount of Water and allow it to boil.
- Once Water comes to boil, add 2 cup of Penne Pasta, ½ tsp of Salt and boil.
- Once Water comes to boil, add 2 cup of Penne Pasta, ½ tsp of Salt and boil.
- In another heating pan, take 1 tsp of Butter, 2 tsp of finely chopped Garlic and sauté for few seconds.
- Then add ¼ cup of diced Onions, ¼ cup of Green Capsicum, ¼ cup of Red Capsicum, ¼ cup of Yellow Capsicum, 8 to 10 Broccoli florets and sauté all the veggies in Butter for 2 mins.
- Then add ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ¼ tsp of Oregano give a mix and keep aside.
- Take another heating pan, to that add 1 tsp of Butter, 2 tsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and roast for 1 min.
- Furthermore, add ½ cup of Milk and whisk 2 to 3 times so that there are no lumps formed.
- Add Milk in batches little by little and totally add 3 cup of Milk.
- Then take 1 piece of Onion, insert two Cloves in that Onion and put in a boiling Milk.
- Stir continuously on medium flame until sauce thickens and then remove the Onion.
- Then add ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Sugar, ¼ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ¼ tsp of Oregano and ¼ tsp of Black Pepper powder and stir for more 4 to 5 mins.
- Now add boiled Pasta to the White Sauce and give nice mix.
- Then add the sautéed Veggies and mix well.
- Lastly add ½ cup of grated Mozzarella Cheese, mix well and serve hot.
