Karela is an Indian dish. It is eaten all over India. But many people don't like Karela because of its bitter taste specially children. So I have made it with a twist and really my kids started eating it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Karela
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt (tspn, or as per taste)
- 1/2 red chili powder (tspn)
- 2 Dry Mango Powder (tspn)
- 1/2 Turmeric Powder (tspn powder)
- 1/2 asafoetida (tspn)
- 1 Coriander (tspn powder)
- 1 Tspn Saunnf (fennel powder tspn saunnf)
- 150 gm Paneer (cut into)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 Jeera (tspn)

Instructions
- Wash and peel karelas.. Slit in between it. Now put some salt over it and in between the slits. Keep them for 3 to 4 hours. Now wash the karelas and the scrape which we peeled.
- Now deep fry all the karelas.Deseed the karelas if it is easily done.
- Now on the other hand heat the oil in the kadai
- Now on the other hand take a kadai and put 1 tspn oil in it. Now add hing and jeera. After that add chopped green chilli and chopped onions in it. Saute it for 3 to 5 mins. Now add the peeling of it or the scrape or chhilka of karelas.
- Mix it and add all the dry spice ingredients. Now mix it well while adding paneer cubes in it.Mix it and cover it with the lid for 2 to 3 mins. After that when it cools down, stuff this Paneer mixture in the fried karelas.
- Put these stuffed karelas in the kadai and cook for 4 to 5 mins from both the sides of the karelas by covering it with the lid.
- Now after 5 mins Paneer stuffed karelas are rrady to serve with the meal. I am sure everyone would love it.
