Ingredients
- Rice vermicelli - 2 cup
- Spring onion - 1 cup
- Capsicum - 1 cut into stripes
- Finely chopped cabbage - 1 cup
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
- Chopped onion - 1/2 cup thinely sliced
- Salt
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Soaked for ten mins rice vermicelli in a hot water and strain it.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
- Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one mins..
- Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.
- Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
- Serve hot.
