Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Vermicelli or rice rice
  • 1 cup Spring Onion
  • 1 Capsicum cut into stripes
  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped thinely sliced
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soaked for ten mins rice vermicelli in a hot water and strain it.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
  • Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one mins..
  • Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.
  • Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
  • Serve hot.
