Ingredients
- Moringa leaves 2cups
- Moon dal soaked 100gms
- Tomato chopped 1 medium
- Onion chopped 1medium
- Coconut tender half cup pieces
- Daniya powder half tsp
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Red chillies 2
- Green chillies 2
- 2 tsp oil 1tsp cumin seeds,mustard seeds
- Pinch asfoeteda turmeric powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Let's start pre pare kootu..take a pressure cooker put leaves
- Take soaked moong dal strain water mix both add pinch salt cook up to 3 vissels
- Take a blender jar put coconut chilli make fine paste
- Heat fri pan put oil add tadaka when it's splits add red chilli curry leaves onit
- Then add chopped onion onit keep fri when onion should be transparent add tomato peices add cooked leaves
- Keep boil add turmeric asfoeteda it gives nice aroma add salt on it
- Pour prepared coconut paste on it keep boil for bubbling ...once it's cooked take rice put into
- Deep bowl shape press nicely look like deep cup pour kootu on it
