Instructions
Soaked for ten mins rice vermicelli in a hot water and strain it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one mins..
Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.
Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
Serve hot.
