Ingredients
  

  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Bolied and sliced beetroot and potatoes
  • Finely chopped capsicum
  • Brown bread
  • Butter
  • Grated processed cheese
  • Coriander leaves
  • garlic flakes
  • green chillies
  • roasted chana dal or peanuts 3-4 Tbsp
  • Salt
  • chaat masala

Instructions
 

  • Green chutney recipe: Grind all the ingredients; Coriander leaves, garlic flakes, green chillies (I make the chutney quite spicy), roasted chana dal or peanuts, salt together to make a thick chutney.
  • Butter a slice of bread. Layer a generous amount of chutney
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala
  • First layer slices of potatoes, then cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum and finally the beetroot
  • Sprinkle again the chaat masala and spread grated cheese generously
  • Seal with another slice of bread layered with butter and chutney
  • Place then in a grill toaster. Toast for about 5-7 mins till cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
