A simple, healthy and different dosa variety that can be made with minimum ingredients. It is very ideal for lunchbox too since it retains its softness for a long time. I bet you, when you serve this soft yummy dosa, nobody can find out that it is made of Lady’s Fingers…

Ingredients
  

  • Parboiled rice/Idli rice/Puzhungal Arisi 500gms or 3 cups
  • Urad dal 2 tb spoons
  • Fenugreek seed 1 tea spoon
  • Fresh Lady”s fingers 15
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rice, dal and fenugreek and soak in water together for 5 hours.Then drain the water out.

  • Chop the veggies. Don¢â‚¬â„¢t discard the stem part. You can use the full vegetable. To make the grinding easier and ensure the Lady¢â‚¬â„¢s finger is worm free chop them.

  • Put them together in the mixie jar with the soaked stuff in lots and grind to smooth paste with required salt.Allow them to ferment for overnight or 10 hours.
  • As we do regular dosas heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of dosa batter on it and make round dosa. Drizzle few drops of oil around it. After a minute flip it to the other side and cook for a minute.Now the soft and yummy, brownie dosa is ready...
