Coriander Paneer Balls With Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce

Corainder paneer balls are very delicious snack or brunch option . I have done some innovation in this recipe . I have serve these balls with roasted bell pepper sause which take this recipe to an another level of taste . I have done some innovation with red bell pepper sause too for giving it indian touch . So here i am presenting coriander balls filled with grated carrot and raisins serve with red bell pepper sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • For balls - 150 grm paneer crumbled
  • Corainder leaves half cup
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • For stuffing - 1 small carrot grated
  • Some raisins chopped
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • For sauce - 1 roasted red bell pepper
  • 8- 10 roasted peanut
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoon curd
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • First grind coriander and green chill well into the grinder . Now take a crumbled paneer and Mash it with hands properly.
  • Add coriander and green chilli paste to the paneer . Add cornflour , garam masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste . Mix all ingredients well.

  • Meanwhile take grated carrot , add chopped raisins and chat masala into it . Mix well . Stuffing is ready .
  • Now take small ball size portion of paneer , flatten it with hands , put carrot stuffing on center . Close edges well and make a ball shape . Repeat this process with remaining paneer mix.

  • Deep fry these balls into oil . Keep them aside .
  • For sauce - first grind roasted peanuts into grinder .peel the skin of roasted bell pepper .

  • Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil , add finely chopped onion and garlic cloves . Cook until onion becomes trasulate. Meanwhile peel the roasted red bell pepper.
  • Now in a grinder add roasted bell pepper , Onion mixture , 2 tsp curd , roasted peanut powder , and salt as per tatse . Grind all ingredients well. Transfer it into bowl . Add lemon juice mix well. Sauce is ready .
  • For presentation - take a plate spread red bell pepper sauce first . Then put paneer ball on it . U can cut paneer balls into the halves . They looks beautiful.

Notes

U can do many variations with this recipe . Instead of coriander u can use mint too .
