Ingredients
Instructions
- Peel all the kiwis. Slice one kiwi in roundales and keep aside.
- Chop remaining 2 kiwis and put them in blenderblender and make smooth paste.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and water into the blender and blend once again.
- Now put ice cubes in the glasses and pour the kiwi paste equally in both glasses.
- Finally pour soda in both glasses, it creates layer in glass and decorate with kiwi slices.
Recipe Notes
If you do not have fresh kiwi, you can use kiwi crush. Then adjust the sugar quantity according to your taste bud.
Additional Tips
- For an extra punch of flavor and visual appeal, muddle a few fresh mint leaves with the kiwi before blending; this adds a cooling herbal note that pairs beautifully with the tangy kiwi.
- If you prefer a slightly thicker texture, blend in a small amount of chilled cucumber or green apple—this creates a refreshing, smoothie-like consistency without overpowering the kiwi's flavor.
- To make an elegant party presentation, rim your serving glasses with a mixture of sugar and finely grated lime zest; this not only looks attractive but also enhances the drink’s citrusy notes with each sip.
- If making ahead, store the blended kiwi mixture (without soda) in the fridge and add the soda just before serving to ensure your cooler remains fizzy and refreshing.
